I think thanks to AI models more and more industries will become regulated and only state sanctioned people will be allowed to do some stuff. The same as it is with architects, structural engineers, lawyers or doctors.
In the near future, if you are to be allowed to create and sell software, I think you will need to go through thorough training, certification and years of apprenticeship.
Why? In the society, you need to have someone accountable. And with AI allowing anyone spit out anything, the only way to limit it is to make people legally responsible for the end result.
