The trap of a good job is, that you can become useless. You are good at it, and it works out on the job, but it might happen that you stagnate and have no skill applicable, or even worse, presentable and sellable to other companies.
It is hard to convince someone who does not know you that you have added value if the job is very abstract or unique. Having hard skills for concrete stuff is a much safer bet.
