We track a lot of stuff at work. But do you track your health? Blood pressure? How strong you are? What is your endurance? How well you sleep?
Health is more important than work, but we often go years without checking how are we. Mandatory physical at doctor is a bare minimum. You should do much more.
But tracking is not enough. You need to change stuff if the number do not look good. Ignoring problems does not make them go away.
