I was reading this article and a toxic coworker persona immediately came to my mind. The kind of colleague who will spit bullshit with confidence, cause issues and never take responsibility, the kind of guy who will be kissing ass of everybody to be liked and not fired.
Are we just loading our companies with these kinds of coworkers? I do not like the idea at all.
