You type passwords several times each day. Most people have trouble remembering them and make them secure at the same time.
Years ago I have read a hack how to achieve both security and convenience and at the same time use password typing for something positive. It is quite simple.
Instead of random password you use a phrase, replace some letters with numbers (e.g. O with 0) and make the phrase meaningful for your improvement or goals at the same time.
Do you want to quit drinking? Make it something like “St0pDrinkingN0w”.
Do you want to run more? Make it something like “G0F0rARunN0w”.
The possibilities are endless. And every time you type in the password, you are reminded of your goals.
