Adjust your environment to your goals

People are lazy creatures. It is hard to work on our goals. To do something (go run) or to not do something (do not overeat, do not drink).

One of the best thing you can do to really achieve your goals is to adjust your environment to them. You do not want to eat sweets? Do not but them at all. Do you want to run each day? Go sleep in your running outfit and shoes next to bed so you are ready as you wake up. You want to work on a project at work? Book the time for it in a calendar and have all tools ready at the time for it.

There is always something you can do, to make the goal easier, by adjusting your environment.
